About Me

I’m excited by innovation and am driven to play a role in creating or helping to create new businesses, teams and products. I love technology (hence all the bots) but also know from my experience that people are every bit as important to solve a problem as technology. Where fresh technology and a profound understanding of the problems people face intersect is where the best innovation happens, and that is where I want to be.

 

My experience is as a Financial Services Consultant, focusing on Programme Excellence, People Change, Innovation, and Organisational Development. My most recent role was as a consultant at Catalyst Development, working to overhaul the PMO of a major Change Programme in a Canadian Bank.

 

In the bits in-between, I’m an improviser, comedian,  game-maker, photoshop mischief-maker, twitter bot enthusiast, and occasional blogger.

 

Achievements I’m proud of this year:

• Led Innovation training and facilitated 2-day “Ideathon” at Catalyst Development, as part of the yearly offsite.
• Joined Catalyst Labs, Catalyst’s internal innovation incubator team.
• Sold out Improv team Margaret’s first hosted evening show
• Performed my first Stand-up Set
• Ran the Richmond Half Marathon (also a first)
